Why is it wrong to question the 2020 election?

Presidential election challenges - a partial history The January 6, 2005 challenges to election fraud in the 2004 election resulted in the Joint Session adjourning, with the two houses of Congress retiring to their respective chambers, as provided for under US Constitution. This requires only one objection from each of the two houses (viz., a Senator and a member of the House).  Once they are in their own chamber, each house begins a session where a public trial of facts takes place in the form of a debate.
